Abnova Returns to Dubois for Talk and Guided Hike on Boosting Badlands Biodiversity

Abnova Ecological Solutions returns to Dubois, WY, with the Friends of the Dubois Badlands for Biodiversity in the Badlands: Simple Steps to Enhance Ecosystem Services in a Challenging Environment on Friday, August 22 at 7 PM at the Dennison. Building on last year’s popular talk, Dr. Curran will introduce core ecological concepts like ecosystem services and food web dynamics, then share practical ways landowners and managers can enhance habitat using native plants to support pollinators, insects, and the birds that depend on them. The event continues Saturday, August 23 at 10 AM with a guided hike through Mason Draw, offering real-world examples of the strategies discussed the night before. Space for the hike is limited to 20 participants—read more here and register by emailing Jdbadlands@gmail.com.
